Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at Lanihair.To better our customer shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies. 

All products being sold at LANIHAIR.SHOP is guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 60 days (90 days for Brazil). Buyers can get a full refund if they have not received their products within this time.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order free of cost within 24 hours after placing your order. Any cancellations on orders placed on our website after 24 hours will incur a 5% handling fee. Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our return policy to return your order.Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 7 days after delivery if they are eligible products and remain in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning a defective item.

To return your order with us you MUST firstly contact our customer service team via CustomerService1115@outlook.com, or your return might be denied.

 

 

7 Days DOA Product Guarantee

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.

Below please find its procedure:

1.Within 7 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement;

2.We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information

3.If approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective product, and you may be asked to return it. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

 

7 Days Return To Us

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return its content to us within 7 days after its delivery date. Please ensure that the item is in good conditions and we will arrange a refund of the price you paid minus the shipping fees after receiving it.

For hygiene reasons, certain types of adult and clothing products can not be returned if they have been opened and/or used.

 

Express shipping costs, international shipping costs and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. 

If you paid for the shipping cost with your order, this shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. If your order had free shipping, a fee of $6 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the shipping. We are not responsible for your shipping cost when you return the parcel back to us.

Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.

Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any exchanges or returns.

 


Unable Return Policy

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, public holidays and customs issues.

3. Un-insured orders that are lost or stolen.

4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond LANIHAIR.SHOP control.

 

Pls note: The shipping address on the parcel which you received is not return address. We are not responsible for any lost items if you return the parcel to this address.
